Overview

We want you to be satisfied with The Carbon Workbench. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

Free Plan

The Free plan is provided at no cost. No refunds are applicable.

Pro Plan (£49/month)

14-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the Pro plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked.

After 14 days, monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the paid period. We do not offer partial-month refunds for cancellations mid-cycle.

Enterprise Plan (£299/month)

Enterprise arrangements are agreed individually. If you are unhappy with the Service in the first 14 days, contact us and we will work with you to reach a fair resolution, including a full refund if appropriate.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@thecarbonworkbench.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of the charge
  • A brief description of your reason (optional but helpful)

We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refunds if:

  • The 14-day window has passed for monthly plans
  • The account has violated our Terms of Service
  • There is evidence of fraudulent activity
