We want you to be satisfied with The Carbon Workbench. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

Free Plan

The Free plan is provided at no cost. No refunds are applicable.

Project Report Purchases

You may request a refund for unused One Project Report or Three Project Reports within 14 days of purchase. A report credit is treated as used once it has permanently unlocked a project report.

If a generated report is faulty or the paid report service is not delivered as described, contact us so we can correct the output or provide an appropriate refund. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Unlimited Project Reports

You may request a refund within 14 days if no project report has been unlocked under the annual access. After report access has been used, refunds are considered where the service is faulty or has not been delivered as described.

Setup Support

Any custom setup or implementation support is agreed individually. If you are unhappy with a paid setup arrangement in the first 14 days, contact us and we will work with you to reach a fair resolution, including a full refund if appropriate.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@thecarbonworkbench.com with:

• Your account email address
• The date of the charge
• A brief description of your reason (optional but helpful)

We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refunds if:

• The relevant 14-day window has passed and the service has been delivered as described
• A one-off report credit has already been used to unlock a project
• The account has violated our Terms of Service
• There is evidence of fraudulent activity
